We provide specialist help and advice in Party Wall issues letting you know if your proposed works fall under the Party Wall Act and informing you how to proceed. We can prepare and serve Party Wall notices, provide schedule of conditions and full awards. We can act for either the developing party (the Building owner) and respective neighbors (the adjoining owners) and often as the “Agreed” surveyor whatever the case we will guide you through the intricacies of the act to ensure that your work can commence. We also offer Home Buyers and Building surveys for those wanting in-depth knowledge about the property they are considering purchasing. Specific defect surveys deal with concerns you may have about specific elements of a property and a recommendation as to how to solve the problem. Damp report surveys deal with specific issues with damp and a recommendation on how to rectify the problem. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS).
